If one of our vets is assisting another client, you’ll hear a message letting you know the vet is currently unavailable. In that case, you can try again in a minute or text for assistance. While this is rare, it can happen occasionally.

The video is blurry. How can I get a clearer image?

Clear video quality depends on two things:

  1. Your device: Phones like the iPhone 4 or later and Samsung Galaxy 4 or later work great. Older models may struggle to process video calls.
  2. Your connection: Ensure you have a strong WiFi or Cell Data connection. Blurry video is often due to slower connection speeds. For the best experience, check your internet speed and keep your phone updated!
